1. Parties
This "Preliminary Information Form" has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services they will purchase. Acceptance of the distance sales contract by the BUYER signifies that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information contained in the "Preliminary Information Form."
By signing this contract, the BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT (VAT INCLUDED) for the goods or services in question.

Right of Withdrawal Contact Information
If the right of withdrawal for the return of goods subject to this contract is exercised within the specified timeframe, the Buyer must follow the steps below. The Seller may request that the Buyer complete the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL form in addition to the steps below.
1) The Buyer must inform the Seller of the right of withdrawal specified in Article 1.1 of the contract by phone, email, or fax.
2) The Buyer must ship the goods in question, along with their original box or packaging and invoice, via the shipping company designated by the Seller. Any shipping costs arising from the Right of Withdrawal are the responsibility of the Seller. The price of goods for which the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL is exercised will be refunded to the BUYER using the PAYMENT METHOD used at the time of purchase.
2. Subject
This distance selling contract between the SELLER and the BUYER aims to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, the specifications and sales prices of which are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Selling Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014 and numbered 29188.
3. Contract Clauses
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
3.1.1 Calculation of the Withdrawal Period
The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is established for contracts related to the performance of services; and on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods for contracts related to the delivery of goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods.
For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered at separate times, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last good is delivered to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
In contracts where goods are delivered regularly over a specified period, the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good is considered valid.
3.1.2 Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
a) Regarding goods or services whose prices fluctuate depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider,
b) Regarding goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs,
c) Regarding the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may be exceeded,
ç) Regarding goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or packages have been opened after delivery; Regarding the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons,
d) Regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature,
e) Regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables offered in physical form if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or packages have been opened after delivery,
f) Regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement,
g) Regarding accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation that must be completed on a specific date or period,
ğ) Regarding services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately,
h) Regarding services whose performance began with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period,
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for orders.
3.2. In case of a dispute, the Consumer Court at the SELLER's commercial address is the city where the right of withdrawal is granted.Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.
